My Mission

Why am I writing this blog?

My Rock Hall rant, and their reply to it, got me thinking. What is my mission for this blog? I know the tag line is “as much jibberish and gobbleygook I can write.” But what is my goal here?

I’ve come to the realization that people are reading this blog. Well, what they are reading I am not sure, but they are visiting. It is isn’t a huge number of people, but there are people stopping in and taking a look into my world. So what I say matters. It may not matter a lot, but it is the internet, and what I write can end up anywhere.

So I think this blog will be my place to post updates on my life (home renovations, travels, reviews, fantasy baseball). But also a place to post items that are positive about Cleveland. My positive voice to help break the negative self image we all have about our beloved town.

So no more rants. They do no good. They don’t solve any problems.

My goal isn’t to solve all the problems, but to help promote the good stuff. Who knows, maybe you might get on board and stop asking “why are you coming to Cleveland?” and instead say “you should come visit Cleveland.”
